SHIPPING POLICY
At Awesomestones, we offer free shipping on all orders over $45 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $45, we charge a flat rate of $5.99.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. However, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and during busy seasons.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Awesome Stones, we strive to provide exceptional customer satisfaction. To ensure that you are completely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for most products.

Initiating a Return

Clear, high-quality photographs of the product and its original packaging.

Return Authorization

All return and exchange requests require a Return Authorization (RA) number. We will provide this number upon your initial contact and after reviewing the details of your return.
Restocking Fee

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing your return, repackaging the item, and the potential loss of value due to the item no longer being considered new.

Additionally, the original shipping costs incurred for the delivery of the item will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping

You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the item to Awesome Stones. We are not liable for any damage that may occur during the return shipping process.
Processing Your Return

Upon receipt of your returned item and RA number, we will inspect the product to ensure it is in its original condition.

We will notify you via email of the status of your return within two (2) to three (3) business days of receipt.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
